If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective

  • Sale items are not eligible for return, unless otherwise stated

  1. Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue

  2. Our support team will review and guide you through the return process

  3. Once approved, a replacement or refund will be issued accordingly
